The Military Silhouette (MS) Series is a medium aspect ratio, moderately tapered, nine (9) cell tactical main canopy offering consistent openings, exceptional stability, easy maneuverability with an increase in offset capability beyond that of the TM seven (7) cell series; available in the M1 and M2 configurations. The MS-Series M1/M2 models are currently used by Special Mission Units worldwide. Praised for their overall performance from opening to landing; the M1/M2 maintain the capability of landing in tight areas using braked approaches. Constructed in a hybrid design with 1.1 oz coated zero-porosity ripstop nylon on the top surface and 1.1 oz 0.5-3 cfm nylon ripstop for the remainder of the canopy, the MS Series canopy will provide optimal performance over the entire lifespan of the canopy, while maintaining easy packability. The MS-M1 is a freefall-only model, while the M2 is compatible with freefall and double bag static line operations.
